The foam was deeply creased because the mat had been folded for shipment. It took nearly 6 weeks (!) for the deeply-set crease to recover.While I’m disappointed at how the product was shipped/how it arrived, the bottom line is the image really is cool.The foam cushion feels good under foot.After more than 6 weeks, the foam recovered from the deep creases due to how it had been folded for shipment.I liked it enough to go ahead and order a 2nd one. This one came much faster. Still folded. However, the creases aren’t nearly as deep.
